Refund & Damages
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at adila@thepausetalk.com.
To process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
All products are made to order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of preference. We encourage you to review all product details carefully prior to placing your order.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for refund or replacement..
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your tracking information is marked delivered but you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim
We are unable to replace or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered.
