Orders & production

How is my order made?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means less waste and a little extra care in every order.

When will my order ship?
Because each piece is made when you order it, please allow production time before it ships. Most orders usually ship within about 2–7 business days. During busy seasons like the holidays, it can take a little longer.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. A few pieces, like our notepad, ship within the US only.

How much is shipping?

United States: $10.95 standard, or free on orders of $75 or more
Canada: $16.95
United Kingdom: $17.95

When should I order for Christmas?
For US delivery by Christmas, please order by December 8.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind, so please check the size chart and details on each product page before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Email adila@thepausetalk.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.

Product care

How do I care for my pieces?
Care details are listed on each product page. For example, our I Need This First mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, while our stemless wine glasses are hand wash only.
